Ingredients:
3lbs of free range ground beef
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Chili Powder
Cheyenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
2 Green Chilies pureed
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 Chopped tomatoes
Tomato sauce (use fresh or canned, we used my moms fresh since we were making it paleo worthy)
1. Cook the beef in the pot all the way until it was brown. Drained all the liquid from the pot and placed the ground beef in a bowl.
2. Place the onions and peppers into the pot and cook until soft. Once soft add the ground beef back to the pot. Add your tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, green chilies and stir.
3. Time to add your spices! I do not have exact amounts I went off taste and to my liking. So pretty much I just sprinkled a little of each except for the chili powder, I used a lot.
4. Let simmer for an hour or two, that will help the chili become a little thicker and the spices will come together.
5. After it simmers taste it and if you want to add more spice depending on your taste buds then go for it!
