  2. We send them a text offering them a link to a FREE WEEK PASS!
  3. They love the fitness and love the community so they sign up for our Friends Foundations program. $150 for one on boarding session and 1 month of CrossFit. Basically stealing fitness!
  4. Once they sign up we will take $70 off their next month and $70 off your month. Our way of saying thank you for helping our community GROW!
