Set 3: 8 Front Squats @70%

Set 4: 8 Front Squats @70%

Set 5: 6 Front Squats @ 75% x2

**20 second hollow hold after each set.**

Coaching tip: Make the assault bike today a moderate pace- move quickly but do not over exert yourself so that you are ready to move onto thrusters. Everyone should be working a chest-to-bar progression today. Your coach will let you know how you can modify if you are still working towards C2B. If you can complete some chest to bar pull ups, but not 30, complete as many as you can and then switch to a band or seated barbell C2B.
