Bright Spot Friday!
You have probably noticed that our PR board in the front gym has been filling up lately. It seems like almost every day a member of our community is hitting a PR or achieving some type of breakthrough and we couldn’t be more pumped! Today, we want to highlight Therese C. who recently hit 10 strict pull ups. Strict pull ups are a skill that do not come easy to most. Doing one, let alone 10, is a huge accomplishment that takes dedication and hard work. Great work Therese!
Reminder – There will be no 6:30pm class tonight! Everyone is encouraged to come lift with JPs strength class! The more the better!

**Ideally the load on the bar stays the same today, but if you need to adjust it for the strict press that is fine. The strict press will pretty much determine what weight you can use for the workout. The goal here is to hit all of the presses unbroken. Lets focus on the position of your midline/core today. Keep your stomach tight and gluets squeezed. This will help maintain a nice ridged body position.**
