Athlete Spotlight Friday!
This week we would like to highlight Paige, a long time CFH member and recent “grad” of JP’s strength course. Paige is also a doctor with a busy schedule and long hours. Paige put in much hard work during the class and saw some impressive gains – adding nearly 100# to her CrossFit total in just three months. She not only prioritized her strength training for a solid three months, but she got serious about nutrition and moving correctly and safely before adding weight. Congratulations Paige! We can’t wait to see what type of #gainz are next for you!

**The goal today is to work on proficiency and accuracy overhead. The mobility work is to recover from yesterday, but the coach will spend plenty of time warming up the shoulders. A warm shoulder is a strong shoulder.**
