The Baltimore Running Festival will be here before you know it! The Festival goes down October 17th and to help prepare you to run your best (or maybe first) race ever, the Baltimore Endurance Club will be launching August 31st! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to get your best time, or totally new to the world of endurance running, this club is for you. Come to the meeting on August 31st at 7:30 pm and see what it’s all about.

–Remember, this program is not exclusive to CFH members.  If you have a friend who is a runner, intimidated by CrossFit, or is looking for helping training for the Baltimore Running Festival then BRING THEM IN!  I think this will be a great opportunity to introduce them to our community and show them the importance of quality coaching!  Just email me and I will sign them up–(community@crossfitfederalhill.com)

Speaking of endurance, DRIVE class is at 8AM this Saturday! The class is free so bring a friend.We are trying out this time slot as we work this class into our regular schedule.
