50 Single Arm DB Push Press

40 Single ARM DB Push press

Rest 3 minutes

Buy in: 1,500 M Bike
15 Deadlifts
30 Single ARM DB Push Press

Fitness: 155/105 (1,200 M Bike)
Performance: 225/155

Athletes: The bike should not take longer than 3 min.  We will run a heats in a 4 minute stagger if we have a large class.   The reps go down so the rounds should get slightly faster.  Choose a load that you can move while under fatigue. Sets on the DL should be 5 or 10 reps at a time.
