A1) Strict Weighted Chin ups 3/3/3/3/3

 Lay down on a lax ball and get mobile for 1 min x 4

18 Deadlifts (245/155)

30 Burpees

15 Deadlifts

20 Burpees

12 Deadlifts

10 Burpees

(we have done this workout a few times before, but this time the weight is a little heavier)
