We will be open for the 6:30 am class! And remain open for all other classes throughout the day!

Overhead Squat and Snatch Prep,
We know mobility is not really the cool thing to do (unless you are Eric S, dude knows how to stretch!) but it will make your OHS sexy. More importantly to stay healthy and injury free you must stretch like a boss. Stay after class and take a 15 minutes to mobilize, it will go a long way.
