**Remember we are closed TOMORROW (Saturday) for a CrossFit Level One Course**

SUNDAY WE WILL HAVE OPEN GYM FROM 5pm to 7pm.  Come in and get a workout in!

Some motivation for speed under the bar.  This seriously does not look human…Illya Illyin 200kg snatch (that is 440 lbs people!)

Mobility WOD

1 min each leg Open your hips on the box (see video here)

1 min each leg Couch Stretch

20 Burpees over the Bar

15 Power Snatch (135/95)

25 Box Jumps

Rest 2 min

2 Rounds

20 min Cap

(The goal here is to sprint, catch your breath then sprint again)

(Please be aware on the box jumps if you are rebounding from the bottom, protect your Achilles, by warming up well and not pushing yourself beyond your limits)
