We are going to post about an accomplishment of a CFH athlete every Friday. There are a ton of inspiring things going on at CFH every week and we are going to do our best to highlight them.
From Coach Marissa-“Kat did an awesome job this morning sticking with her HSPU and using excellent kipping to drive her through. I think it inspired the rest of the class and people were cheering for her (even though she wasn’t far behind). I was really impressed. I know she puts a lot of work in and is really growing as an athlete and deserves to be recognized!”
