TONIGHT AT 6:30 is GUYS NIGHT! There will be BEER, PRETZELS, and MANLINESS!  There will also be a separate workout for this class.  We will disclose the WOD when you get here.  We will provide some food and drink, but if you want to contribute with a six pack or your favorite cut of meat, cooked and seasoned to perfection, we would welcome that!  See you gentleman tonight.

A2) Strict weighted Pull ups 5/5/5/5

(if you can not do weighted pull ups, use a band and do 4 sets of 10 strict pull ups)

No score on A1, score Heaviest set of 5 on A2

WOD

8 Front Squats (135/95)

12 Box Jumps (24/20)

6 Rounds

13 min Cap

If you finish under 13 min (try to scale the weight so you do) complete as many Front Rack Lunges as possible

Score is Time, and we will post lunges in the comments section under your time on WODify.
