Remember there is no 4:30, 5:30 or 6:30 pm classes tonight.  We will have a 5:30 am, 6:30 am, noon and 4 pm.

If you are competing in the Baltimore Affiliate League please be here by 6:15 pm.  If you are helping out or judging be here by 6:00 pm.  We will have demo and discuss scoring and rules at 6:30 pm.  The event will kick off following the meeting.

WOD

1) Squat Snatch 4/4/4/4/4

(No more than 70% of your max, focus on form)

2) Between each set work OHS Mobility for 1-2 min (keg drill, distract the shoulder, lax ball)
