Today, we switch it up.  Met-Con first, it will be quick and dirty then we will be nice and warm to lift heavy things.

Sunday June 28th at 10 am we will have our first OUTSIDE THE BOX CLASS with Coach Matt.  Mark your calendars it should be FUN! More info coming soon!

We are also in the processes of putting together an Endurance Club in preparation for the 2015 Baltimore Marathon in October.  More details soon!

Cubbie Clean out Project- There is still a ton of stuff in the back gym.  Wraps, clothes, belts, water bottles.  Please go back and check it out if you are missing anything.  I will be donating it all next week!
