You should be able to get two plus rounds in each amrap

**Box jump over = jump on top of the box and land on the other side, you do not need to fully extend at the top**

Score = Total reps for each AMRAP. 1 Rnd = 18 reps, 2 rounds = 36 reps, 3 Rnds= 54 reps
