CFH THROWDOWN FOR A CAUSE
Mark your calendar!
Saturday, July 20th 2013 8am- 4pm
We will host our first IN HOUSE Competition
CFH ThrowDown for a Cause will be an individual event with scaled and RX’d divisions. We wanted to create an event that gave CFH athletes a chance to compete and raised awareness for a cause. Instead of T-shirts for everyone (we know the t’s are the best part), we want to host an event that is based on giving… and getting totally jacked. The cause we will be supporting is called, Catch A Lift. Their mission- To help wounded service members by providing them with gifted gym memberships anywhere in the United States. We know how much a place to exercise means to us, so we thought it was a perfect cause in need of our help! The entry fee will be $20 per athlete, all proceeds from the event will be donated to Catch a Lift.
We encourage everyone to participate! Get some competition experience, hangout with good people and support a great cause! Check out Catch A Lift on Facebook
