Cubbie Clean up Project: Last chance to clean your cubbie out is this am! I am cleaning them out on Friday, you can bring your stuff back in on Saturday.

Power Clean 2/2/2/2/2/2

(Same weight across, should be heavier then are sets of 3 on Tuesday)

Between each set complete 5 Ring Dips (5 sets total)

**If dips are challenging even with a band then do ring push ups, if dips are easy then pause in the bottom for 5 seconds)

Hanging Power Cleans

Every time you drop the bar complete 30 Double Unders (60 singles)

**This means between sets and after your set of nine and if you drop during a set**
