Bright Spot Friday!

 This week we want to highlight Stephen V! Stephen had a deadlift PR earlier this week on his 3 rep deadlift. Stephen is an engineer with a busy work schedule, and but has been making time to come into the gym 4-5 times per week. He also has been focusing on his nutrition and has been an excellent example of motivation and putting in the work! Next time you see Stephen, congratulate him on his new PR!

Coaching tip: We are nearing the end of our back squat cycle. 85% of your 1 rep max for 3 should be feeling better than it did a couple of weeks ago. If you cannot complete all 4 sets of 3 reps at 85%, lower the weight so you can complete all sets.
