**5 Burpees on Every minute (including the first minute)

14 min CAP

**Weight today is athletes choice.  For some this workout could be done at 185/125 and for others it would be good at 95/65.  The timing should be 8-12 minutes.  That puts you at 3-5 reps every minute.  Choose a weight that you can continue to move as the burpees add up.  The cluster is a longer movement which will take about 6-10 seconds per rep.
