Tomorrow (Saturday, November 30th) we are having a special kids cooking demo! Coaching Jamie will be hosting a class at 10 am specifically designed for children to learn about nutrition, healthy eating.  Come CrossFit at 10 am while your kids learn about how to make a healthy meal!
