Mobility WOD

A1) Hip Flexor Stretch with a Band-Spend 1 min on each leg x 2

A2) External Rotation with a plate 1 Min each leg  4:07 in this video x 2

WOD

Take 12 min to find your max load with the complex below

1 Deadlift + 1 Power Clean+ 1 Hanging Power Clean + 1 Jerk

Then

3 Clean and Jerks (185/115)

9 Burpees

5 Rounds
