For the next 4 weeks we will do front rack lunges as accessory work for our back/overhead squat cycle. Try to add 5-10lbs of weight each week. Record weight in WODify.
Strength WOD
OHS or Back Squat with a 5 second Pause in the bottome 3/3/3/3 (Build up in weight)
then
40 Front Rack Lunges
(complete 40 lunges in sets of 6-10 reps. Between each set go into a couch stretch)
