Labor Day Schedule

We have an adjusted schedule this weekend due to Labor Day:

Saturday classes will follow a normal schedule.

SUNDAY adjusted open gym hours 10AM – noon

** No YOGA or evening open gym **

MONDAY we will ring in the holiday with a Hero WOD (to be announced) with classes at 10AM and 11AM only. Following the 11AM workout, Harpoon Brewery will be providing some post-WOD refreshments.

(Add weight every minute until you hit your max)

Max Cals on the Rower

Rest minute 2-3

Max Burpees

Rest minute 5-6

Max Thrusters

Rest minute 8-9

Max Burpees

Rest minute 11-12

Max Cals on the Rower

Done at 14 minutes

**The coach will stagger start at 3 minutes to keep the timing easy**
