Our next strength cycle will start on Monday September 9th.  We will be focusing on one movement for the next four weeks.  The squat snatch.  I will explain more on Monday!

12 KB Swings (70/53)

12 Min AMRAP

Skill WOD

3 Min at each station

3 min Use a foam roller or barbell to roll your ankles (not scored)

3 min to accumulate as much time in the hollow rock as possible (not scored)

3 min to get as many toes to bar as possible (score = total T2B)
