For some people we beg them to come into the gym, for others we need to lock them out.  Our goal is to educate both on the importance of balance.  Believe it or not there is such a thing as over training.  CrossFit athletes are some of the biggest culprits.  Trust me I am addicted to met-cons just like you, but taking a rest day is not only important it is a must! 1600 M Run

200 Air Squats

100 KB Swings (53#/35#)

How this works: Two People Work at a time, but one person only at each station.  Example: Both people can not run, but one person can run and the other person can do clean and jerks then they can switch.

 Not at CFH, but a good shot of a partner deadlift.
