Scheduling Reminder- We are hosting a Level One this weekend at CFH. The gym will be closed, but do not fear, you have options to get a good sweat in. We will have adjusted Open gym Hours on Sunday and Park Classes on Saturday.

Saturday- CrossFit Cove- 9 am, 10 am or 11 am classes are open to all CFH members.

Saturday- Keep it local, at 9 am and 10 am we will have a park WOD. We will meet by Visionary Arts Museum at the bottom of Federal Hill Park.

Sunday- Open gym at CFH from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

**Lets try to focus on one thing today, your split jerk.  The EMOM will not be scored and there is no weight required.  Just something to get you moving and sweating after the strength work.  We have hit Split Jerks for about 7 weeks now.  Use the skill and technique work that we have gone over to hit a new 1 RM.**
