**For the push press focus on solid upright position during the drop drive phase of the lift. The Met con is couplet that should get challenging in the later rounds. The clean and jerks should be a load you can move through the first few rounds with. The toes to bar will get harder as your core and grip fatigue. Remember it is about body position and technique on the bar, not about muscling your feet up to slam into the bar.**
