Workout of the Day


Strength Work 


15 minutes 

Clean Deadlift (pause in sit/power position) 
Clean from below the knee 
Clean from above the knee 

2 Sets – 60% 
2 Sets- 65%
2 Sets- 70% 
1 Set- 75% 

The above is a guideline for your 7 sets and how to build up.  If you have more time hit a few more sets at 75%.


Speed Game


15 Front Squats 
18 V-ups 
400 M 

2 Rounds 

Fitness: 75/55 (single leg v-ups) 
Performance: 95/65 

Athletes: We will go over what we mean by the sit/power position.  Do your best to find that after the clean deadlift.  During the cleans today focus on your weakness and try to make improvements at moderate loads.  For the workout,choose a load where you can go unbroken for the squats.  It should be a sprint.
