**The load should be something you can 3 unbroken power cleans with. This workout is full of cleans and air squats, but the sticking point for most people will be push ups. As always we want to focus on quality over quantity. If you need any help finding a good progression then ask a coach. A great idea for today would be to have a rack set up with a barbell at about waist height. It will enable you to go through full range of motion with the push up, but using less body weight. Dumb push ups today will stunt growth and push your progress back. A good progression will push your forward and improve strength. Take a bite of humble pie and use a progression. **
