Our 1 year party is approaching fast! This Saturday, December 14th at 7 pm the party will start. The dress code is casual, anything from Christmas sweaters to a three piece suit or a nice cocktail dress is good with us!
We will be starting a new strength cycle. We will be focusing on the Squat Clean and Jerk. Yes that says “squat clean” so there should be no questions about getting under the bar!
We will not specifically do strength days on Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Wednesday, this will be our focus through the next 6 weeks. If you are consistent in the gym (3 to 4) days a week, then you should have no issue improving your Squat Clean and Jerk. We will spend a good amount of time on the front squat and jerks. There might be some days were you will be focusing on your weakness (leg work or overhead work). Remember the goal here is over all strength, fun and to lift some heavier off the ground and over your head in 6 weeks!
