Strength WOD

A1) OHS 5/5/4/3/3

We are going for max effort in load here, but continue to focus on position and form.  We will record the heaviest set of three.

A2) Between each set grab an ab mat and hold the Couch stretch for 30 seconds on each leg.

WOD

**We will name WOD’s that we will repeat at CFH.  These will be saved in WODify as CFH benchmark workouts.  This will track your progress/improvement on these WODs accurately.  So if you see a named WOD you have not heard of it is because we spent hours working to specially develop the name and the WOD**

“Double Trouble”

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Double Unders

10 Min AMRAP

-This workout should be good prep for the open!

-Both of these movements have been done every year in the open, so get ready!   

-This time domain also comes up frequently in the open!

-Go hard and go Fast- Is 10 Rounds Possible?
