This month, there’s an extra perk to being a part of the Committed Club. Not only did these people attend (and sign into) 20 or more classes, but they will also be the proud recipients of a new CFH t-shirt!
CFH New Year Nutrition Challenge!
To kick off the New year, we are offering a nutrition challenge unlike any we have done before! Yes there will be food rules, but this is not a “30 Day Paleo Challenge”. This is 6 weeks to a new you. There will be some rules, but more importantly, you will be coached on developing the mindset that will transform and ingrain these guidelines into habit and lifestyle.
“Eating clean” is one of the least restrictive and most effective pathways to better health. You’ll learn how identify and eliminate processed foods that may be wreaking havoc on your body, and how to replace them with foods that will make you stronger, leaner, and overall better. Most importantly, you will be coached to adopt the mindset that will make this outlook your lifestyle, setting you up for success in the new year and beyond.
This Challenge will be led by coach Alexa and will last 6 weeks. See full details below!
Kickoff Meeting on Wednesday January 11th, challenge ends February 15th
Biweekly Meetings during 6 weeks on Wednesdays @ 5:30pm: Wednesday January 25th, February 8th. Final WOD and potluck celebration on Saturday February 18th at 11am.
This challenge is for those who are willing and dedicated to making a change. What it includes:
InBody body composition analysis at the beginning and end of challenge, providing weight and % body fat analysis
3 Group coaching sessions (45 minutes in length), final workout and potluck celebration
-Health-supportive dietary recommendations, as well as coaching and support to keep you on track
-One-on-one goal setting session with Alexa to outline plan for success in the new year
