Score is Max Thrusters, use a heavy KB, but something you can swing 15 times in a row.
Coaching Tip: Consciously work on your breathing during each movement. This will really help when it comes to the thrusters. Most people tend to hold their breath instead of establishing a breathing pattern. Choose a load on the thrusters that you can control while fatigued and try to keep your breathing under control. I know it sounds obvious, but most athletes focus on the suck factor, the number of reps or the clock. Switch your mindset today and see how your body reacts.
