Our next 8-10 week Strength Cycle will be with the Push Press.  We will also be going through some glute and hamstring work along the way.  There will be no 1 RM test for this, but we will be throwing in movements such as lunges, glute ham raises, RDLs and other auxiliary lifts to strength the back of our legs.  The end goal will be improved strength in our squat. 

TEAM MOBILITY- Attendance has been slacking for mobility class on Wednesdays at 6:30.  The previous feedback we received was “Let us know what we are going to stretch and we will show up”  Every week we post the plan, but the last two weeks we have only had 1 person show up.  We think this class is not only important, but super valuable!  If you have feedback or ideas on the class please let us know! We need more people to take this class if we are going to keep running it!

REMEMBER WE WILL HAVE NO CLASSES ON SATURDAY! THE CFH THROWDOWN FOR A CAUSE IS HAPPENING!

A few questions we have received….

1) Not sure if I am ready? What if I can’t do a movement?

-YOU ARE READY! This is meant to be inclusive, we will make sure everyone can do the workouts.  If something comes up that you can not do we will figure it out! 

2) Can I sub a movement if I can’t do it?

-If you are in RX, No.  If you are in scaled we will figure it out. 

3) Timeline?

Show up at 8 am we will start asap and finish by early afternoon. 

**If you can help out for a few hours just stop by we will need judges and volunteers**
