Strength: 

EMOM for 8 Minutes 
2 Clean and Jerks 


Workout: 
Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes
____ Doubles
Max Clean and Jerk 

Fitness: 95/65 (40 Doubles) 
Performance: 155/105 (60 Doubles) 


Work to get heavy on your Clean and Jerks.  The difference in the loading from fitness vs. performance is based on the goal of the tracks.  Fitness is more about endurance, reps, lower weight and higher volume.  Building muscle, but prioritizing capacity.  Performance focuses more on strength so we have days where the load is heavy and the reps are designed to be lower.

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 
40 Doubles
Max Hang DB Clean and Jerk
