Take 10 minute to find a heavy load in this complex

1 Power Clean + 2 Lunges + 1 Jerk
(The work above should be a warm up for the work out.  Go heavy, but do not try to find a 1 RM)

**Coaching Tip: This one gets heavy quick. Approach the first round of 21 at a pace that allows you to control your breathing. The load should moderate not heavy. If you need to scale the lunge weight, use a KB instead of getting out another barbell.**
