NO MONDAY NIGHT DRIVE TONIGHT AT CFH 

Check your email this afternoon for an email from SUGAR WOD.  Everyone will get an account with two workouts that are updated daily.  One Bodyweight only  and one minimal equipment workout (1 db or 1 kb).  Stay tuned for our park workout schedule!

4 minutes on 1 minute off for 5 Rounds  
30 DB Goblet Lunges 
20 DB Deadlifts (two dbs) 
20 Up downs (burpee no push up) 
Max DB Front Squats (hold two dbs on shoulders) 


At Home Workout (AHW) NO EQUIPMENT 


4 minutes on 1 minute off for 5 Rounds  
40 Body Weight Lunges 
20 Burpees 
Max Star Jumps (LINK) (these are exhausting and hard!) 
Score = Total star jumps 


At Home Workout (AHW) 1 DB or 1 KB 


4 minutes on 1 minute off for 5 rounds 
30 DB Goblet Lunges 
20 Suitcase DLs (10 each side) 
10 Burpees
Max Goblet Squats
