(Get as close to your old 1 RM as possible, next week we re-test)

WOD

40 Seconds on 20 Seconds off:
Push Jerk
Box Jump
Burpee
Deadlift
5 Rounds
Fitness: 95/65
RX: 135/95
RX+: 155/105
During the 20 seconds rest, rotate to the next movement
**It is always the ones that look easy that sneak up on you.  Pick a weight you can move overhead while fatigued– the burpees will tax you on the push jerks.  The goal in this workout is to be working for the whole 40 seconds.**
