*Starting off Monday with a bang! Thrusters and KB Swings are a great combo.  We have flexion and extension of the hips at slightly different angles and depths.  Make sure those hips are warm, glutes are fired up and ready to go.  This one should take over 15 minutes to complete.  KB Swings are overhead today (American) Weight the thrusters with a load where 24 might be unbroken, but 21 will be really hard to go unbroken after you have the wind knocked out of you.  High heart rate day today with no where to rest!
