Station 2 – 30 DB Thrusters (2 DBs)
Station 3 – 400 Meter Run
Station 4 – 30 Russian KB Swings
Station 5 – 15 Burpee Box Jump or Step-Overs
*Your goal should be to finish each station without falling short. The first run through should be comfortable, the 2nd should be hard, and the third very challenging. If you need to increase or decrease reps at a station please do so to match the intended stimulus*
