Check out the video above of Daniel S. a random Russian guy who destroys 7 minutes of Burpees. 7 minutes of Burpees was actually an open workout in 2012. It is a great benchmark test of endurance. But, it only tests a few of the 10 general physical skills. 161 Burpees earned Daniel a first place finish in world. You would think he would not have an issue making it to the CrossFit Games. But, this was his specialty and specialist do not survive in CF. Our goal is to be well rounded and good at everything not great at anything. Green’s Choice meats was such a hit last week we will bringing them back on the first Monday of each month. It just so happens that is today! They will be visiting CFH between 4:30-6:30pm.
