**For Performance and Open your load in the WOD will be the 5 Rep power clean you found in the strength portion. If done correctly you might hit the first round as touch and go, but they should quickly turn into heavy singles. For fitness track we are not concerned with the load as much as we are concerned with developing good positions with the barbell. We will keep the load low and increased the reps.
