**The strength work today will help refine and enforce good position. Be sure your back is in a excellent, tight flat position when you pause below the knee. It is in imperative for staying safe and building strength. The inch worms will be a good shoulder and core warm up for the WOD. The WOD should be something you continue to move through. The push press weight should be unbroken for the first 3 rounds. The doubles should be done in 1 or 2 sets each round. Use good progressions for the toes to bar. By that we mean do not swing on the bar with no control. Stay active, feet together and keep a good position throughout the movement.**
