Thanksgiving Schedule 

Wednesday 11/27- 5:30 am, 6:30 am, noon, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 (no 7:30 pm)

Thursday 11/28- CLOSED

Friday 11/29- Noon, 4:30 and 5:30 only

Saturday 11/30- 9 am and 10 am

Sunday- CLOSED

This is the last week on our Back Squat Strict Press cycle. We will re-test next Monday.

-Rules-

Bar comes from the rack, you may start with the bar in your hands or on your back, you can rest the bar back on the rack at anytime.

If you can not go RX your goal should be to get above 10 reps on both sets.

Your score is the lowest set of the two.

The coach will let a group get set up with their weight and time the two minutes.  You will then switch to the strict press and repeat!

WOD

For 8 Min

6 Burpees every minute

(jumping on to your plate, no clapping)

Max Static OH Plate Lunges (45/25)

(start the first min with 6 Burpees)

Score is total Plate Lunges

We have all the numbers, scores and weights.  We will not disclose any personal information, but we will let everyone know how many pounds and inches we lost as a gym in 30 days. Thanks a ton to everyone who participated!  We will be picking a male and female winner by next weekend!
