New Class Schedule
We are adding a few things with the new space!
We will have Foundations class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm starting next week. (regular Tuesday and Thursday foundations class this week)
Starting this week we will be offering a Competitors Class at 6:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. (we will still have the regular class at 6:30 pm also) If you are completing all the regular WOD’s RX and you want to step it up two days a week then come in for the Competitors Class. We expect everyone in the Competitors class to have at least 6 months of CF experience and complete the WOD RX’d.
We will also be offering a mobility class on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. We have slotted this class to be an hour, but we may adjust in the future depending on how it goes.
Besides that everything will stay the same. We will continue to grow and add more classes as we expand!

A1) KB Strict Press- Max Reps in 30 Seconds x 5
(two KB’s one in each hand, focus on form and range of motion, not speed, no score)
A2) Back Squat 8/8/8/8
(all sets should be heavy, record last set of eight)
