One quick thing we want instill at CFH with workouts like the one below.  Everyone will finish at a different time, but we like EVERYONE to clean up as a group.  If you finish early put your hands together and help the rest of the class finish up by cheering them on.  There is nothing more frustrating then a person finishing a workout then cleaning up their weights directly in front of you.

**Coaching Tip- Pick a load that you can do 15 unbroken thrusters with to start the workout.  The goal for the loading should be moderate.  Something you can move, but does feel easy.  Each section should be treated as a sprint.  Do your best to recover between sections and mentally prepare to attack the next one. There are two sets of pull ups so find a progression if they start to become sloppy. We highly recommend using the seated barbell option.  If you have not seen this ask your coach!
