Coaching Tip- We will use this week as a de-load for our back squat cycle. Dial it back, work on speed, form and position. Two big things to focus on are activating your core and engaging your glutes. For the met con choose a challenging Thruster weight, but scale the pull ups so you can get through them in at least sets of five.
