**CFH crew it is the end of our 10 week push press cycle! Lets PR.  CFHE crew, I am excited that you will be able to start our next strength cycle with us.  We will announce it next Monday.  The workout should be done with a load you can move with, not something that have to break up or put down after the first few rounds.**
