We are putting the final touches on the new space, but it should be ready in a few weeks. The mating is ordered and the equipment layout is coming together. We are working on a door/opening to connect the space then we will be good to go!

Find your 1 Rep Max Squat Snatch
Our next strength cycle will be squat snatches. Today we will find our 1 RM! Make sure you squat under the bar, even if you can power snatch more. We will spend Mondays and Wednesdays working the squat snatch and different Olympic lifting drills in order to make your more comfortable with this lift.
