Athletes Notes: We will take the next Eight Weeks to improve our Snatch.

Choose from one of the variations below:
Squat Snatch (comfortable with the snatch and have good range of motion) Power Snatch (still working on the technical portions of the lift and want to improve on those)
Hang Snatch (Learned the snatch less than 6 months ago)

Cycle through for 10 minutes

10 Single Arm Arnold Press  (5 per side) (DB)
